Damage & Defective Goods

However, we understand that damages can occasionally occur during shipping or manufacturing defects may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to make it right.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to report the issue:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at fasttracksolutionsorders@gmail.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your message:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging it arrived in
  3. Return or Replacement: After reviewing your request, we will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. In most cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged goods.

Replacements and Refunds

Once we receive your claim and review the photos and details, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product if the item is still available.
  • Offer a full refund if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

Please note that damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents are not covered under our damaged and defective goods policy.
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
